IMPORTANT SERVICE ADVISORY – HURRICANE TRUDY
Hello everyone,
This is a message from our Service Provider for our Grid and we want you to be aware also so that we set proper expectations rolling through the weekend and the first few days of next week.
As Hurricane Trudy approaches our area, we want to provide an update regarding our operations and support availability over the next several days.
We have decided to shelter in place and do not anticipate any major issues. However, we are taking precautions and preparing for possible power outages, internet disruptions, or other storm-related interruptions that could affect our office and our ability to provide technical support.
PLEASE AVOID MAJOR GRID CHANGES
For the next several days, or until conditions return to normal, we strongly recommend that you:
Avoid major region moves or migrations.
Do not make significant changes to your grid configuration.
Postpone any non-essential maintenance or upgrades.
Avoid making changes that could require immediate technical assistance.
Our support availability may be extremely limited during this period. If something goes wrong, our host may not be able to intervene or resolve the issue until power and internet connectivity are restored.
For those of you just now building your regions I suggest you build some and then backup and repeat. Hopefully this will keep you from losing any progress. You can find the backup located in your webpanels https://panel.twiztidtimez.com/
